Terms and Conditions
  1. Only the Ordinary Savings, 14+, 18+, Kantha Ran Ginum and Senior Citizen Accounts can be converted to its corresponding BOC Smart gen version.
  2. BOC SmartGen accounts shall not be converted to non-Smart gen version of the respective account type.
  3. BOC SmartGen accounts shall be closed only at the at account open branch.
  4. NIC, Mobile number and Email address are mandatory for account opening.
  5. Interest rate, Service charges, benefits and Terms and conditions will be similar to those of the respective savings account schemes.
  6. Passbook is not issued for these accounts. Account details and transactions can be viewed through e-statements and other digital modes provided by the Bank.
