The Bank of Ceylon’s Chairman, President Counsel Mr. Ronald C. Perera and the General Manager Mr. Russel Fonseka presented the newly published 2022 Annual Report to the President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe recently. On part of fulfilling regulatory and compliance requirement and maintaining good governance the Bank ensures to publish its annual report complying with required standards within the due period of time. The “2022 Annual Report” will also be tabled in the parliament of Sri Lanka after obtaining approval from the cabinet.
Considering the efficiency and accuracy presented by annual reports presented by the Bank, that displays BOC’s commitment to promote transparency, accountability, good governance, sustainability and social responsibility. BOC’s Annual Reports have been recognized at many renowned award competitions at local and international level.
