As a part of the Bank of Ceylon Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Bank has decided to offer an opportunity for School Leavers to gain valuable experience for a period of six months in banking through the Job Skill Development Programme of the Bank. This initiative is a way of giving back to the community and empowering the next generation professionals.
The school leavers who meet the following eligibility criteria can take the advantage of this opportunity only for a period of six months:
- Students who have passed three main subjects (Excluding General English and General Information Technology) in G.C.E Advanced Level in year 2022/2023 ( results released in 2023/2024)
- Should be between 18-22 years of age at the time of deploying
(School Leavers who have already being offered this opportunity under this Job skill Development Programme shall not be considered)
