Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Chennai, celebrating the Bank of Ceylon’s spectacular journey of 83 years and 27 years of glorious presence in India, organized a ‘Blood Donation Campaign’ recently at its Branch premise in Chennai.

On the invitation of Mrs. Kumudhini J Yogaratnam, the Country Manager, BOC Chennai, the event was inaugurated with religious blessings by Chief Incumbent of Mahabodhi Centre in Chennai, Ven. Nugagolle Chandarathana Thero. His Excellency Dr. D. Venkateshwaran, the Deputy High Commissioner of Sri Lanka Deputy High Commission in Chennai graced the occasion as the chief guest. Distinguished invitees included, the officials of India-ASEAN-Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce, the officials of ‘Sri Lanka friendship association in Southern India’, the Chairman and members of Lions Club-Chennai, officials of Sri Lankan based institutions in India and patrons of BOC Chennai, who has been esteemed partners in BOC Chennai’s successful journey over the years.
