Bank of Ceylon celebrated the relocation of its China Bay and Kinniya branches to new locations, equipped with modern digital technology to provide a more convenient, flexible, and efficient banking service to customers. Additionally, Bank of Ceylon upgraded its Alankerny branch with the installation of a modern Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on May 8th, 2023.

The events were honored with distinguished guests and officials, including Mr. Priyal Silva, Deputy General Manager - Branch Operations at Bank of Ceylon, who served as the Chief Guest, Mr. B.H.N. Jayawickrama, Government Agent - Trincomalee District, Mr. P. Thaneeswaran, Divisional Secretary of Trincomalee Town, and Gravets, Mr. Mohamed Hani, Divisional Secretary of Kinniya, Mrs. C. R. Nirmalanathan, Secretary of Kinniya Pradeshiya Sabha, Mr. K. Prabaharan, Regional Manager - Central Bank of Sri Lanka - Eastern Province, Ms. B. Cynthia Martyn, Assistant General Manager - Eastern Province, Mr. Chandika De Silva, Operations Manager, Mr. A. Pratheepan, Area Manager, Mr. N. T. Raguraam, Marketing Manager, Mrs. Savitha Kajachchelvan - Manager of China Bay, Mrs. Ramya Partheepan, Manager of Kinniya, Mr. U. Vibushanan, Manager of Alankerny and other senior officials of the Bank.
