Pre Departure Loan Scheme to Sri Lankan migrant employees

• Any Sri Lankan national proceeding overseas under an employment visa
• Age between 18-50 years and should be a valid Sri Lankan passport holder
• Possession of an employment contract recommended by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE)
• Should be a Bank Of Ceylon Personal Foreign Currency Account (PFCA) holder and Rupee Savings Account Holder
• Should have a clean CRIB record

20 months (including 2 months grace period)

Security

• Two personal guarantors acceptable to the Bank 
• A letter of undertaking to remit monthly installments to the PFC account
• The special guarantee of the Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC)
