Ran Govi Thanpathu Accounts

Bank of Ceylon has introduced Ran Govi Tenpathu accounts for the farmer community of Sri Lanka to promote savings habits among them.

Eligible criteria

• Farmers who hold Agro identity cards
• Age limit above 18 years
• Initial deposit Rs.500/-
• Interest rate - Normal Savings Account interest rate +.25%

• Any branch of the Bank of Ceylon
