Normal Fixed Deposits

• Sri Lanka over 18 Years of age are eligible to open an account

• Minimum Deposit Rs. 10,000/-

• Period – 03 Months and 01 to 05 Years

• Deposit over Rs.2.0 M for a period of one Month and also accepted with special interest rate

• Deposit over Rs.10.0 M for a period of 01 Year & 02 Years - also accepted with special interest rate

• Payment of Interest - Please Refer RATES
  
  – Payable Monthly on 01 & 02 Years deposits
  – Payable at Maturity for any other period

• Nomination – A Person can be nominated to disburse the balance at the death of the Fixed Deposit account holder

• Fixed Deposits will be accepted as a security for loans, Guarantees etc.
